Way Basics has taken the opportunity this month to partner with Catholic Charities in Louisiana to furnish the homes of families recovering from hurricane impacted areas.
Way Basics made a heartfelt commitment to help those in need through donations and sponsorships of charitable organizations much like Catholic Charities. We are happy to announce our efforts to furnish the homes of families in need in Southeast Louisiana.
Catholic Charities operates numerous programs dedicated to serving those most in need, addressing issues such as hunger, poverty, unemployment, domestic violence, education and the needs of the mentally ill. They have touched the lives of hundreds of thousands of residents in Southeast Louisiana, and recently took steps to partner with Way Basics for the betterment of their community.
With this partnership, Way Basics and Catholic Charities will do our best to serve those most in need of hurricane relief efforts.

Monday, April 20th, 2009We had an amazing time at Earth Day 2009. There was a huge crowd at University of California Irvine. The sun was shining, live music blaring, aroma of food abound, and Way Basics keeping it green in the midst of it all. Take our simple cube, you can mix and match colors, stack them up, put them side by side, do whatever you fancy. We took cedar and white (cause we think it’s a cool modern look) to create a fun modular storage solution. When you get bored, changed it up.
Watch how David instantly transforms the Tribeca Shelving System to his own design. The zBoard Dividers are not only cool design pieces, but they act as support boards so heavy books are no challenge for our shelf and they’ll never warp. Take that particle board furniture!
Earth Day at The Camp and University of California Irvine

Way Basics will be celebrating Earth Day at the Camp in Costa Mesa, CA and University of California Irvine. Come join us with live music, food samplings, exhibits and giveaways. Your Way Basics Family will be there showing off the amazing possibilities with paper furniture. You can even come stand on one to see really how strong it is!
